Sky and Soul

A 12-day guided ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Designed for depth, strength and a meaningful summit beyond the physical challenge. Nine days are spent on the mountain itself, following the longer Northern Circuit route at a conscious pace that supports acclimatization, presence and a deeper connection to the journey and oneself.

One month before departure, participants begin an online preparation journey introducing breathwork, mindset tools and physical readiness designed by Sky and Soul.

A route that rewards patience, awareness and the strength found in steady progress.

The Journey

Day by Day

Day 1

ARRIVAL, CONNECTION & GROUP DYNAMICS

Arrival in Melia Arusha (High End) or Shimbwe Village (authentic Tanzania Experience) & networking.

Day 2

PREPARATION, TOOLS & MINDSET

Leadership focused breathwork, mindset, communication tools designed to strengthen self-leadership throughout the mountain journey.

Day 3-11

KILIMANJARO ASCENT VIA NORTHERN CIRCUIT

Daily breathwork, reflection and mindset inputs carefully aligned with the changing physical and mental stages of the journey. The slower Northern Circuit route was intentionally chosen to create more space for acclimatization, recovery and conscious rhythm throughout the ascent.

Day 12

REFLECTION, INTEGRATION & RETURN

Space to reflect, integrate experiences and consciously transition back into daily life before departure.

Why Northern Circuit?

Especially for people who are physically active and performance-driven in daily life, but less experienced with altitude, multi-day trekking or sleeping outdoors, the extended route offers a more grounded and conscious way of moving through the mountain environment.

The journey is not designed around "reaching the summit at all costs", but around the experience of consciously engaging with the process, the group dynamic, the environment and oneself throughout the ascent.
